GrandVita offers standard delivery using the courier services of other courier companies for the purpose of order delivery across the country.
Each order will be processed and dispatched by courier within 1 – 2 working days from the date of clear and intelligent payment.
No deliveries will be made on Sundays or public holidays.
Make sure the complete and correct address is provided when ordering. Orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in delivery delays.
Delivery to Registered Mailbox addresses will not be accepted.
Delivery charges are determined by the courier according to the total weight of the goods and the recipient’s address.

If the customer or representative is not at the delivery address when the order is shipped, the courier will leave a notice for collection at the collection office that will be notified in the notice. If you fail to pick up the order at the office specified in the notice within the specified period, the order will be returned to GrandVita . Therefore, your order will be considered canceled and any request for a refund will not be entertained.

After the shipment is made, GrandVita will update the customer’s order status and the customer will receive an email containing the tracking number of the shipment and the courier company we used along with the purchase receipt. Customers can check the courier’s website to know the status of your delivery.
